How IPTV UK collects, uses and protects your personal data.

IPTV UK ("we", "us") operates iptvukprime.online and provides the IPTV UK subscription. We are the controller of personal data described in this policy. Contact us at support@iptvukprime.online.
2. Data we collect
- Contact and trial requests: name, email, phone number and calling code, device type, and your message or note.
- Orders: name, email, phone number, chosen licence, optional order note and order reference. Payments are processed by our providers; we never receive or store full card numbers, PayPal credentials or wallet keys.
- Technical data: IP address and request metadata processed briefly for security and rate limiting.
- Analytics (only with consent): pseudonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4, with advertising features disabled.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
4. Who we share it with
- Payment providers: Stripe (cards), PayPal and BTCPay Server (cryptocurrency), each acting under its own privacy terms.
- Our email delivery provider, to send and receive messages.
- Our hosting provider and, if enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection.
- Google, for analytics, only if you consent.
Where providers process data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and trial requests: up to 12 months after our last contact.
- Order and transaction records: six years, to meet HMRC requirements.
- Security logs: up to 30 days.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@iptvukprime.online with the subject "Data request". We will respond within one month.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
7. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, strict security headers, server-side validation, rate limiting and hosted payment pages. Access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it.
