The terms that apply to this website and to IPTV UK subscriptions.

These terms apply between you and IPTV UK when you use iptvukprime.online or buy a licence for the IPTV UK subscription, which gives you use of the IPTV UK app ("the Software"). Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. What the Software is — and isn't
The Software plays playlists and programme guides that you supply. It does not include, and we do not supply, sell, host or link to, any television channels, playlists, streams or programmes. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access any content you use with it.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Software or this website to:
- access, share or distribute content without the rights holder's permission;
- circumvent technical protection measures or DRM;
- reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Software except as the law allows;
- attack, overload or probe our systems.
We may suspend a licence that is used in breach of this section.
4. Licences
- A licence lets you use the Software for the purchased term on the number of connections purchased (1 to 5), where each connection is one device watching at the same time.
- Licences are personal to your household and are not automatically renewed.
- The licence term starts when the licence is issued to you.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. Payment is taken by our providers on their secure hosted pages. An order is accepted when we send your licence confirmation by email.
6. Your consumer rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the Software must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Cancellation and refunds are explained in our Refund Policy.
7. Updates and availability
We provide updates during your licence term. Availability on a given device depends on its platform and app store, which we don't control. We'll tell you about significant changes in advance where we can.
8. Liability
We are not liable for content supplied by third parties, for interruptions to your internet connection, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the licence concerned.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
